The increment module for july, 2017 is now open. Schools and Circles will get this facility as per the following slot.
Slot 1 – North 24 pgs, Kolkata, South 24 pgs, Howrah and Purba Medinipur From 5th July to 7th July, 2017.
Rest of the slots will be notified soon.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING SALARY OF JULY
Step 1 : Enter in “Update Employee’s Personal Profile Details” under “Master Directory Management” and then edit and save / update employee’s personal details, specially “Date of first Entry in valid service as per service book” and spouse pay and HRA deatails (if needed).
Step 2 : Please Submit Previous Increments of all employees (increments that already included in Salary), Please give the actual date from where it was included in salary.
Step 3 : Please Submit Salary Increment (Current Month) If GP field is bank (mostly for HM / AHM / AT) it is due to wrong GP as per ROPA or AGP (200) has been included with GP, please wait a separate module will be given shortly to segregate AGP from GP.
Step 4 : Submit Approval for 18 years Benefit : only applicable for employee who has not yet enjoyed 18 years benefit, but received approval for the same from DDO. By this menu submit online to get effect in Step 3 above (subject to acceptance from DDO), So contact your DDO to accept after submitting request online.
